The House Details

Location House of Beau is available for hire for video and stills shoots. A five bedroom, two bathroom Victorian semi-detached property based in Shropshire.
The interior style is a mix of traditional decor and modern elements, finished with antique pieces throughout.
The house has many original features including two working open fireplaces.

Parking Transport and Amenities

Driveway with parking space for two cars.
Free parking is also available on the street as well as a paid public car park 10 minutes walk away.
Local amenities are 5 mins walk away, which include a cafe, deli, butchers, grocers and a shop.
The town center is just a few minutes walk, where more independent shops and cafes can be found.
The train station is approx 15 minutes walk away.

KITCHEN AND DINING

An open plan kitchen diner with a central island holding the sink. Range cooker enclosed in the original chimney breast, and floral arrangement overhangs the dining table. Laundry room is adjacent to the kitchen accessed via a glass door.

Seating Areas

There are three individual and distinctive seating areas all with three seater sofas. The main living room has an open working fire and large bay windows. A neutral wall panelled second living room, and hand painted buildings with a super hero theme in the boys room.

Bathrooms

There are two bathrooms, the main bathroom with feature flooring, black roll top bath, walk in shower and original fireplace. The en suite is hidden behind wardrobe doors in the master bedroom. Consisting of a console sink, toilet and shower.

Bedrooms

There are five bedrooms in total. A main bedroom with a super king size bed and neutral decor. A guest room with king size bed and dark decor. A spacious girls room with a double bed, a super hero themed boys room and a small gentleman's dressing room.

Original minton feature floor in the entrance hall which is a spacious area hosting a piano.

There is a driveway with parking space for two cars. Two rear decking areas, one covered porch directly off the kitchen, a separate slatted pergola area and a black and white tiled seating area.
